Are they any anit-NCLB organizations? How...

...can teachers get involved in the important decisions made for edu? Most of us are frustrated with NCLB. I was wondering if there were any anti-NCLB organizations? OR, better yet--how can teachers get involved in the decisions that are made regarding education? I am tired of non-educators making the important decisions in education. Of course these decisions turn out to be horribly wrong and who has to work with it and clean it up? TEACHERS! I am tired of inexperienced people making the decisions for me, how can I get involved?

I am not a teacher yet but I belive NCLB ****s. It puts more mphasis on teacher credential than student learning. Teachers have to spend more time worrying about test scores and less time teahing non-test materials. Theydon't get paid enough to put up with the BS. Hope these help:http://nonclb.blogspot.com/http://nclb.meetup.com/ (lets you find one in your area)
