I don't know what kind of strategies you are interested in, but a site I enjoy using is www.sfreading.com .It has lots of interesting links and special worksheets for children to work with; also check out their teacher resources link.

YOu have asked a difficult question. I couldn't find any sites specific to your topic. I did a search for "ice breakers for kindergarten" and got a few possibilities.Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
